Team Ablewise received some feedback from users who are using Safari. And yes, we jumped right into the problem and resolved it within 48 hours of receiving those feedback.

Our marketing people did come back with numbers that Safari users make up just 1.5% of our user base. Just 1.5%? And all the effort?

Strangely the team were not discouraged by the fact that their extra time over the past weekend were to service a small portion of our users. As a matter of fact, they were pretty proud of themselves for getting their butts into the office on a Sunday afternoon and resolving the issue.
